Thank you for visiting and shopping at Folding Bubbles. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our policies.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Delivery time may take longer than usual due to Covid- 19.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.  Additionally, you will be receiving email notifications whenever there is a status update with your package.

Damages

Folding Bubbles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, you may contact us to help provide you with a possible solution.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Refund policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges but please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Refunds for orders not received may be accepted if proven to be lost in transit. However, we are unable to refund you the shipping charges. 

We gladly accept cancellations of your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Simply contact us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. For any other query do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification.
